My Role
As a Product Designer for a software development agency, I was instrumental in shaping the user experience and interface for both Powur's mobile and desktop platforms. My work focused on creating intuitive and efficient tools that empowered their network of independent solar sales professionals, from lead generation and proposal creation to project management and transparent compensation tracking, ultimately streamlining the end-to-end solar sales and installation process for both internal users and customers.
Designing the Powur Desktop CRM
I played a key role in the design of Powur's desktop platform, specifically focusing on its integrated CRM. My work involved creating the interface that enabled solar sales reps to manage leads, track customer interactions, streamline project workflows, and access critical sales data, ultimately enhancing their productivity and facilitating seamless customer journeys from initial contact to successful solar installation.
Enhancing Mobile with a Queue System
My work ensured that the mobile experience provided a fluid extension of their desktop workflow, enabling real-time updates and enhancing productivity regardless of location.
